My work emerges from this belonging—evoking the aliveness of a moment, honoring cycles and seasons, delighting in participation with this unfurling cosmos. Drawn to horizons, I celebrate the mysterious mingling of the visible and invisible, earth and air, sea and sky. 

Using encaustic, an ancient art form melting beeswax and pigments, I blend oils and mixed-media layers on wood panels. Creating textural, spacious and meditative images of nature's vitality, pieces span in size from 4x4 inches to 60x60 inches.
